Tim Foley has been a Doctor Who fan since he was pretty small, and falls in love with Barbara Wright with every time he sees her. He's written the odd play for local theatre groups, taught himself the saxophone, and generally likes to try things he's never done before. He is currently on a never ending gap year - if people have suggestions for what he can do with his time, he would love you to get in touch.
